As the former CEO / Founder of an oil company, Brad started at the age of 23, as he learned quickly how to build successful teams. Dallon Schultz is the founder and president of REV Equity Group and the creator of Capitallyst Pro, a CRM platform designed specifically for capital raisers. With a background in nursing, he transitioned into real estate in 2018 and has since been involved in over $50 million worth of multifamily and self-storage investments. As an expert in investor relations and CRM systems, Dallon helps real estate professionals streamline their capital-raising efforts while building lasting relationships with investors. He also leads the REV Multifamily Meetup, one of Arizona’s largest investor communities, where he educates and connects professionals in the industry.

Ian Drewe is the CEO of Avoca Property, a firm he founded to acquire, renovate, and stabilize multifamily properties in the U.S. With over 25 years of experience as a lawyer and investment banker, he has facilitated hundreds of billions of dollars in capital raising and investments for major REITs and funds. Since 2002, Ian has been actively investing in real estate globally, focusing on multifamily, commercial, and single-family residential properties in the U.S. since 2008. He holds dual bachelor's degrees in Economics and Law from the University of Sydney and a Master’s in Finance from the London Business School. Recently, Ian used PREIshare's LP Leads Program to reach an oversubscribed $5.8+ million syndication, securing a 288-unit multifamily property. His expertise in structuring investments and raising capital has made him a trusted leader in the real estate investment space.

Detail-oriented, strategic thinker, and ethical leader, Scott proudly leads TriCore Investment Group as the CEO. He is directly responsible for communicating on behalf of the company with shareholders, government entities and the public. Through his leadership abilities and real estate acumen, Scott has earned a flawless and stellar reputation for exceptional results in transactions and investor satisfaction. He has worked a multitude of roles and assignments, getting his start in real estate with Keller Williams, emphasizing in residential and later in commercial, with a specialization of self-storage, RV/boat storage, and conversions. Gene Trowbridge is a seasoned securities attorney and former real estate syndicator with over 30 years of legal experience. As the founding partner of Trowbridge Law Group LLP, his practice focuses on the syndication of commercial and investment real estate, assisting over 550 clients in raising more than $8 billion in equity. Before practicing law, Gene sponsored sixteen investment groups over a decade, raising capital through registered representatives in the broker-dealer community. An accomplished educator, he has been a Senior Emeritus Instructor for the CCIM Institute and authored "It's a Whole New Business!", a comprehensive guide on real estate syndication. Gene's unique blend of practical syndication experience and legal expertise makes him a trusted authority in the field.

Nate Dodson, Esq., is a seasoned attorney and entrepreneur specializing in securities, real estate, and capital funding strategies, with deep expertise in Reg CF, Reg A, and the more popular Reg D offerings that syndicators use Nate is the founding partner of Dodson Legal Group and managing member of Crowdfunding Lawyers. He and his firms have represented many billions of dollars in capital transactions. He is also a television personality on ABC4's "Real Estate Essentials".
